TripCrafter Events & Retreats offers three flexible payment options to suit your level of support: a $990 USD one-off setup package (paid upfront) provides legal event registration, visa guidance, and supplier access; the $1,990 USD per-event option (with a $990 upfront payment) includes extended operational support, access to TripCrafter’s DMC framework, and full use of our licensed Indonesian PMA for sponsorships, invoicing, and delivery; or choose the $2,500 USD monthly retainer for full-scale project partnership, covering everything from production and budgeting to vendor management and compliance. All options ensure you can operate with legal confidence while creating unforgettable, soul-aligned events in Bali.
